
SAKAI Has a New Web-Based Warranty System Now Available!
At this time SAKAI America is no longer accepting emailed Transaction Forms or Warranty Claim Forms. If you have not already been set up with a login to the new system (as part of receiving training), please contact [email protected] to schedule training and establish a login. Please provide a list of all personnel who will utilize our new system to set up demo/web-based training. This list should include any dealership personnel that contribute to the warranty registration and warranty claim submission of SAKAI Equipment. After training these items can now be added in through the new system. Please note that the warranty system login is separate from this dealer portal (where you are right now).
New features are available for dealers to track warranty registrations and claim processing:

Warranty Reimbursement Labor Rate Request Form Instructions:
- The warranty labor rate can only be updated once within a 1-year period, dated to 1-year from the previous update, or 1-year since your set-up as a Dealer.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your request to be processed in our system.
- Note: Any claim created in our Warranty system before the update is completed will be processed at the previous rate
- Submissions received without an Invoice that is dated within 60-days will be delayed, additionally, the invoice should outline the hourly rate, not the total labor costs.
